Based in Warsaw · working with companies across the EU

Your business runs on manual work.
Let's make it run itself.

I'm Dmytro Petrukhov — a Google-certified Cloud Architect and senior backend engineer with 9+ years in production systems. I help European small and mid-sized companies automate business processes, integrate AI where it actually pays off, and build the custom systems that no-code tools can't.

Free, 20–30 minutes, no sales pitch — you leave with at least one concrete automation idea. The paid audit comes later, only if you want the full roadmap.

Why automation, why now

Small teams lose their edge to manual work — and most of Europe hasn't caught up yet

Invoices retyped by hand, leads that wait days for a reply, reports assembled in spreadsheets every Monday. Every hour spent on repeatable work is an hour your competitors are investing in growth. The data says the gap is real — and it's an opportunity for companies that move first.

Eurostat, Use of AI in enterprises, 2025

17%

of small EU enterprises use AI, versus 55% of large ones. The tooling exists — small companies just lack the engineers.

structured e-invoicing is mandatory in Poland since April 2026; Germany phases in B2B e-invoicing through 2028. Compliance is now an automation project.

EY / European Commission eInvoicing factsheets

What does "automation" actually mean for your business?

Invoices and documents that issue, match and file themselves — including EU e-invoicing compliance

CRM that follows up on every lead automatically, so none go cold in the inbox

Orders, stock and deliveries synced between your shop, warehouse and accounting — no retyping

Weekly reports that land in your inbox already assembled, instead of eating your Monday

AI assistants that answer routine customer questions and qualify leads 24/7

Your existing tools — ERP, e-commerce, payments, logistics — finally talking to each other

Services

From quick wins to full systems — one engineer, end to end

Most automation consultants stop where no-code tools end. I don't: when your process needs custom logic, real integrations or scale, I design and build it myself — the same way I do for a European B2B marketplace every day.

Best first project

Automation Audit & Roadmap

A structured review of how work actually flows through your company. You get a prioritised roadmap: which processes to automate first, what it will cost, and what it will save — with quick wins you can ship in weeks, not quarters.

  • Process mapping & bottleneck analysis
  • ROI-ranked automation backlog
  • Tool & architecture recommendations

Business Process Automation

Fixed-scope builds that remove manual steps: invoicing and structured e-invoicing, CRM and sales follow-ups, order and inventory sync, reporting pipelines. Built with the right tool for the job — workflow platforms like n8n or Make where they fit, custom code where they don't.

  • ERP, CRM, e-commerce & payment integrations
  • EU e-invoicing compliance flows
  • Documented, monitored, maintainable

AI Integration & Agents

Practical AI where it pays for itself: document and email processing, customer-support assistants, lead qualification, internal copilots on your own data. Built with guardrails, evaluation and GDPR in mind — not a chatbot bolted on for show.

  • LLM workflows (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
  • Document / inbox / data extraction
  • Google Generative AI Leader certified

Custom Backend & Cloud Architecture

When off-the-shelf ends, engineering begins: marketplace-grade APIs, payment and logistics integrations, admin panels, data pipelines. PHP/Laravel and Google Cloud are my daily stack — the same one running Europe-scale B2B commerce. As a Google-certified Professional Cloud Architect, I design systems that stay fast, observable and affordable as you grow.

  • Laravel / PHP APIs & admin panels (Filament)
  • Payments, ERP & carrier integrations
  • Google Cloud architecture & cost control
  • Legacy system modernisation

IT Infrastructure as a Service

The technical foundation your company runs on — set up properly once, then kept running for you: cloud environments, deployments, backups, monitoring and access control. You get infrastructure a new engineer can pick up and an auditor can sign off, instead of a server nobody dares touch.

  • Google Cloud environments, networking & IAM
  • CI/CD pipelines & automated deployments
  • Backups, disaster recovery & monitoring
  • Secrets, access control & GDPR-ready baseline

Backend Developer by the Hour

Senior backend capacity without a hire. I work inside your team, your repository and your process — features, integrations, code review, refactoring — billed by the hour and scaled up or down as your roadmap moves. You always work directly with the engineer writing the code.

  • PHP / Laravel APIs & integrations
  • Code review & refactoring of existing systems
  • Your repo, your tooling, your workflow

How we work

A clear process, fixed prices, no surprises

You always know what happens next, what it costs, and what you get. No open-ended hourly billing for undefined work.

  1. 01

    Free intro call

A 20–30 minute conversation about your processes and pain points. No obligation, no sales pitch — you leave with at least one concrete automation idea either way.

About

An engineer first — consulting second

I've spent 9+ years building and running production systems — from custom web platforms to a global adtech stack to a European B2B marketplace. Today I'm a senior backend engineer at sun.store, the Warsaw-based B2B marketplace for the solar industry, where my daily work is exactly what I offer to clients: payment flows, ERP and e-invoicing integrations, logistics automation and AI-assisted operations at marketplace scale.

Before that I spent five years at RTB House — a global advertising-technology company with 1,500+ employees operating in 90+ markets, built on deep-learning models — where I learned what "reliable at scale" really means.

On the side, I'm co-founder & CTO of FeelReel — a London-based, AI-powered movie-discovery startup named one of London's Top 100 Startups by Entrepreneur UK in 2025. Building a startup from zero keeps me honest about budgets, trade-offs and shipping fast — the constraints every SMB lives with.

I work as an independent contractor (B2B) with companies across the EU — remote-first, hands-on, and personally accountable for what I ship. No account managers, no hand-offs: you work directly with the engineer who builds your system.

FAQ

Questions clients usually ask

Which processes are worth automating first?

The ones that are frequent, rule-based and painful: invoicing and document flows, lead follow-ups, order and stock sync, reporting, support triage. In the audit we score your processes by effort saved versus cost to build, so the first project pays for itself fast.

How much does a project cost?

Nearly everything I do is fixed-price, agreed before work starts. The intro call is free; the audit is a small fixed-price engagement that gives you exact numbers for every automation on the roadmap — so you never commit to a build without knowing its cost and expected return.

How long until we see results?

Quick wins often ship within one to two weeks. A typical end-to-end automation project runs four to eight weeks, delivered in milestones with a working demo at every step.

We are a small company — is this really for us?

Small teams benefit most: a single automated workflow can free up hours every week without hiring anyone. Only 17% of small EU enterprises use AI today versus 55% of large ones — the tools are ready, and moving early is a genuine competitive advantage.

Do you use no-code tools or write custom code?

Both — the right tool for each job. Workflow platforms like n8n or Make are great for connecting standard tools quickly. When your process needs custom logic, performance or compliance, I build it in code (Laravel / Google Cloud). You are never locked into a platform that does not fit.

What about GDPR and our data?

I am based in the EU and design for GDPR from the start: your data stays in your systems and EU regions wherever possible, AI providers are chosen with data-processing agreements in mind, and every integration is documented so you stay in control.

You are one person — what happens if you are unavailable?

A fair question, and the answer is built into how I deliver rather than promised after the fact. Everything I build lives in your repository and your cloud accounts, not mine, and every integration is documented so another engineer can pick it up without me. Each project ends with a hand-over, so you are never dependent on my calendar to keep running. For longer engagements we can agree a support arrangement up front.

How do we work together — remote, languages, contract?

Remote-first across the EU (CET timezone), on-site in Poland when it helps. I work in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, on a standard B2B contract with EU invoicing.
