When you submit the contact form, I collect the data you provide (name, email address, and optionally company name, service of interest and your message) together with technical data (IP address and browser user-agent) used solely for spam and abuse prevention.

This data is processed to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential cooperation — the legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only a technical session cookie required for form security (CSRF protection) and remembering your language choice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

4. How long data is kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain business correspondence, and are then deleted.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union and is not sold or shared with third parties, except technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) acting as processors.
